Ident-A-Kid collects information from our users at several different points on our website as well as from Program Directors working directly with schools and educational centers around the country. We reserve the right to access and disclose individually identifiable information to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests, to operate its systems properly or to protect itself or its users. We reserve the right to share aggregated "website statistical usage" information with third parties for the purpose of increased efficiency and personalization of Betoosafe.com.
 
Sharing:
      We occasionally share aggregated demographic information with our affiliates, partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person or institution. In certain areas, we partner with other companies to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are to use personally identifiable information only for the purpose of providing these services.

Support Policy

 
     Ident-A-Kid Services of America, Inc. (“Ident-A-Kid”) will provide technical support (“Tech Support”) at no charge as “best effort” to registered schools and non-profits users of the Software in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

  • Tech Support shall be limited to (1) troubleshooting issues relating to installation of the Software, failure of the Software to function as specified in the User’s Manual, and any other incompatibilities or bugs associated with the Software; and (2) reasonable assistance regarding efficient use of the Software’s functionality.
  • Ident-A-Kid personnel who provide Tech Support are highly knowledgeable regarding the Software and its functionality. No claim of expertise is made, and Tech Support shall not be deemed to include (regardless of the actual content of any Tech Support communication) any advice or information, regarding other software not produced by Ident-A-Kid, which includes, but not limited to: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Faronics Deep Freeze, Symantec Anti-virus, etc. If the problem is deemed by Ident-A-kid to be caused by software or hardware not produced by Ident-A-Kid and/or is not within the normal operation of the Software, Ident-A-Kid can assist in finding a solution at the current billable rate of $75/hr.
  • It is the responsibility of party requesting Tech Support to redact all proprietary or other confidential information from any model, information, or other materials, whether oral, written, or in any other form, imparted to Ident-A-Kid in connection with a request for Tech Support. By requesting Tech Support, the party authorizing or making the request shall be deemed to have agreed to indemnify Ident-A-Kid and hold Ident-A-Kid harmless in the event of any claim purportedly arising from, or otherwise alleging, receipt or use by Ident-A-Kid of confidential information in connection with the Tech Support so requested.
  • Tech Support will be based on the then-current version of the Software and will be furnished only to users who have licensed and installed the then-current version of the Software and are using authorized hardware and supplies.
  • If your License is time-limited, your right to receive Tech Support will expire when the License expires.

Return and Exchange Policy

     All returns and exchanges are subject to our policy.
     Refund amount will be made to the original form of payment. We will not refund to match promotional discounts or coupon codes, as they do not apply to previous purchases.
     We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of ship date. Simply follow the guidelines below. Any defective item or incorrect must be reported to us within 30 days of the shipment. After 30 days the manufacture is responsible for any repairs/replacements. Any defective item or incorrect shipment within the 30 days of the original shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you.
     Before returning/exchanging any item, you must contact our us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please have your Invoice Number available. Our business hours are Mon-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm eastern standard time. 800-890-1000
     All returns/exchanges must have an RMA number issued prior to acceptance of product returned.
     RMA shipments received MUST have an RMA number clearly visible on outside of the package and include a packing list with a copy of the original invoice or it may be refused, unopened and returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.
     The RMA Returns must be an Ident-A-Kid Services of America product, the product specified by the RMA. Otherwise the RMA will be void and product will be returned.

     Upon receipt of RMA Returns, Ident-A-Kid Services of America will verify that RMA products received are those as specified by the RMA.
 
Returns:
     You can return unused items within 30 days of ship date for a refund, less the original shipping and handling fees. The refund will include the retail price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.
     The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable. Refunds can only be issued against the credit card used on the original order.
On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the return. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship to:

     Please allow 10 business days after receipt for your return and refund to be processed. If your refund does not appear on your statement within four weeks or one billing cycle, please call (800)890-1000 or (727)577-4646 for further assistance.
 
Exchanges:
     If you need to make an exchange for another item:
Please make sure that the item you are sending back is in the original packaging and is in new/unused condition.
     You can exchange new, unused items within 30 days of ship date for an exchange. We will send you the requested item at no shipping charge to you.
